The biggest upset of the week belonged to Memphis Academy of Health Sciences, who took down 292nd ranked Memphis Academy of Health Sciences, 40-24.
Washington lost to Mitchell 51-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
The Tigers' dynamic duo of Tomadreus Trezevant and Calvin Scott, Jr proved tough for the Warriors to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Trezevant threw for 118 yards and 3 touchdowns and Scott, Jr had 63 yards receiving. Dejuan Mcquarters helped Mitchell's passing attack out by catching 5 balls for 50 yards.
Mitchell's dynamic duo of Trezevant and Scott, Jr proved to be unstoppable against Washington, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week.
Scott, Jr was the best wideout in A District 16 this week as Nathan Cole's team defeated the Warriors.
Trezevant put up the best numbers through the air as the Tigers beat Washington.
Delquinton Boddie was the most successful running back in the league this week. In 10 carries, he ran for 85 yards as Hillcrest defeated the Warriors. Teammate Donte Harris added to the ground attack by rushing for 67 yards.
An important game coming up in the league this week will be when Oakhaven takes on the Vikings. At the moment, the Hawks are in second, while Hillcrest is in fifth.
The Tigers led A District 16 in scoring this week by notching 51 points on Washington. Trezevant ran for 15 yards during the win.
