It was a good run, but Wheatmore unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Friday. They took a hard 49-34 fall against the West Forsyth Titans.

West Forsyth's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Brandie Davis, who posted 12 points along with six assists and six boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Brooklynn King, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 14 rebounds.

Wheatmore's loss dropped their record down to 9-3. As for West Forsyth, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 7-2.

Wheatmore didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 54-37 win against Ledford on the 28th. As for West Forsyth, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 53-34 victory against Robinson on the 28th.
