They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Alpha Omega Academy 36-33. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory Northland Christian has posted since November 9, 2023.
Despite the loss, Alpha Omega Academy still got an impressive performance from Kathryn Peach, who dropped a double-double on 22 points and 25 rebounds. Peach hasn't dropped below eight rebounds for four straight games. Another player making a difference was Maddie Wallace, who scored seven points.
Northland Christian's victory bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Alpha Omega Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-7.
