The Ringgold Tigers can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They claimed a resounding 35-7 win over Ridgeland at home. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Ringgold also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2022.
Ringgold's win bumped their record up to 4-4. As for Ridgeland, their defeat was their ninth straight on the road (dating back to last season), which dropped their overall record down to 0-8.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ringgold will take on Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Ridgeland, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Gordon Lee at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
