Friendship Christian waltzed into their matchup on Monday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They put the hurt on the Ezell-Harding Christian Eagles with a sharp 12-1 win. The Commanders might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight contests by eight runs or more this season.

Friendship Christian's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-3. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.8 runs on average over those games. As for Ezell-Harding Christian, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Friendship Christian is set to take on their familiar foe Davidson Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Ezell-Harding Christian will challenge rival Clarksville Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
