Despite the loss, Wolfe County still got an impressive performance from Caleb Creech, who dropped a double-double on 31 points and 11 rebounds. Skylar Ritche was another key contributor, scoring 6 points along with 11 rebounds.
Magoffin County's victory bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Wolfe County, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Magoffin County won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Perry County Central at 7:30 p.m. on December 1st. As for Wolfe County, they will head out on the road to face off against Menifee County at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
