The Bourne Canalmen will wrap up 2023 with a road trip to face off against the Bellingham Blackhawks at 6:45 p.m. on Friday. Bourne is looking to tack on another W to their ten-game streak on the road dating back to last season.
Bourne has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three contests by 27 points or more this season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Wednesday as they easily beat Hopedale 71-42 on the road. With Bourne ahead 44-13 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.
Meanwhile, Bellingham wrapped up 2023 with a 53-39 victory over Wayland. 53 seems to be a good number for Bellingham as the squad scooped up a victory with the same number of points in their previous game.
Bourne's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Bellingham, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-2.
