Saunders Trades & Tech lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Alex Vazquez, who scored 25 points along with seven rebounds and three steals. Another player making a difference was Micheal Patterson, who scored 22 points along with nine rebounds and two steals.
Saunders Trades & Tech are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-8. That rough patch can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.3 points per game. As for Port Chester, their victory ended a eight-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-11.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Saunders Trades & Tech will take on Ketcham at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Port Chester, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Lincoln at 5:00 p.m. on January 26th. Lincoln has now lost 11 straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since December 2.
