The St. Luke's Storm's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their fifth straight loss. They fell 64-56 to Millbrook Prep. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Despite the defeat, St. Luke's saw an underclassman step up: Ethan Bienaime scored 20 points along with seven rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Bienaime has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Gavin Sommers, who scored 11 points.
St. Luke's bumped their record down to 2-8 with that defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Millbrook Prep, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
St. Luke's will be playing in front of their home fans against King at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Millbrook Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
