The Acton-Boxborough Colonials will head out on the road to  challenge  the Cambridge Rindge & Latin Falcons at 6:00  p.m.  on Friday. Cambridge Rindge & Latin took a loss in their last  matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Acton-Boxborough, who comes in off a win.
 Last Tuesday, Acton-Boxborough earned a  59-49 win over Concord-Carlisle.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Acton-Boxborough to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Shannon Patrick, who  dropped  a double-double on 16 points and 15  rebounds. Another player making a difference was  Olivia Baytarian, who  scored 13 points.
 Meanwhile, Cambridge Rindge & Latin came up short against Bedford on Tuesday and fell  49-36. The  loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Cambridge Rindge & Latin in their matchups with Bedford: they've now lost four in a row.
 Acton-Boxborough's victory was  their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 12-3. Those good results were due in large part to their  offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 57.1 points per game. As for Cambridge Rindge & Latin, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.
 Acton-Boxborough won a  game that couldn't have been any closer  when the teams last played  back in January of 2023, slipping by Cambridge Rindge & Latin 53-52. The rematch might be a little tougher for Acton-Boxborough since the  squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
