After a string of nine wins, Coronado's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell 7-3 to the Tascosa Rebels. The Mustangs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rebels apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in March of 2021.

Coronado's loss dropped their record down to 19-10. As for Tascosa, with the victory, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 16-12.

While Coronado had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
