The Keller Indians stacked an 11th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Fossil Ridge with a sharp 91-66 win. The victory was nothing new for Keller as they're now sitting on nine straight.
Brooks Bahr was his usual excellent self, scoring 28 points along with seven assists and seven rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Rhett Schank, who scored 19 points.
Despite the loss, Fossil Ridge still got an impressive performance from Canyon Collier, who scored 22 points along with six rebounds and two steals. Collier is trending in the right direction, as he's improved his point production for four games straight. The team also got some help courtesy of Jarren Williams, who scored 14 points along with four steals.
Keller's victory was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 23-5. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.3 points per game. As for Fossil Ridge, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 14-12 record this season.
Keller will look to defend their home court on Friday against Timber Creek at 7:00 p.m. Keller is facing Timber Creek at the right time seeing as Timber Creek is stuck on a ten-game losing streak. As for Fossil Ridge, they will head out on the road to square off against Keller Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Keller Central focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 22 on Tuesday.
