Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Cypress Ridge). They walked away with an 11-6 victory over the Fort Bend Clements Rangers on Friday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Rams as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.

Cypress Ridge's victory bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Fort Bend Clements, their defeat was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-6.

Coming up, Cypress Ridge will be taking part in a tournament against Randle at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Randle will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Cypress Ridge surely won't give up without a fight. As for Fort Bend Clements, they will head out on the road to square off against George Ranch at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
