Windsor has enjoyed the comforts of home their last two games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will challenge the Simsbury Trojans at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Windsor will be strutting in after a victory while Simsbury will be coming in after a loss.
Windsor posted their biggest win yet this season on Saturday. They put the hurt on Somers with a sharp 64-43 win.
Meanwhile, Simsbury unfortunately witnessed the end of their 12-game winning streak on Friday. They fell 37-30 to Middletown. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as Simsbury came into the matchup with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Connecticut basketball rankings (they are ranked first, while Middletown is ranked 30th).
Windsor now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Simsbury, their defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-1.
Windsor came out on top in a nail-biter against Simsbury when the teams last played back in March of 2023, sneaking past 40-37. Does Windsor have another victory up their sleeve, or will Simsbury turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
