CHAAMP HomeSchool got themselves on the board against Trinity Christian Academy on Tuesday, but Trinity Christian Academy never followed suit. They blew past the Trinity Christian Academy Warriors 15-0. With that win, the Hawks brought their scoring average up to 6.4 runs per game.

David Harrison and Bradon Wafford made a splash no matter where they played. On the mound, Harrison struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and only one walk). Meanwhile, Wafford pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. The dominant performance gave Harrison a new career-low in hits. At the plate, Harrison scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3, while Wafford went 2-for-4 with four RBI, one stolen base, and one run.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Ryan Meadows, who scored four runs while going 3-for-4. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last four games he's played. Aaron Meadows was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-2.

CHAAMP HomeSchool always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .588. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their OBP total in three consecutive matches.

CHAAMP HomeSchool's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.3 runs over those games. As for Trinity Christian Academy, they now have a losing record of 1-2.
