Velma-Alma's Shiloh Womack recorded the longest rushing play in A District 4 this season in his game against Comanche last week. Womack scampered for 64 yards on the play and finished with 66 on the day as his team bested the Indians.
Ringling was able to crack the Top 25 in the state rankings this week after falling to Davis. The Blue Devils came in at 18 in the state poll after placing at number 38 last week.
Ty Richardson and Sarian Smith gave Velma-Alma a balanced attack through the air and ground last week. Richardson threw for 78 yards, while Smith ran for 125 yards.

Jacob Brooks was the best wideout in the league this week as Wilson fell to Marietta. Brooks tallied 3 receptions for 59 yards.

Richardson put up the best numbers through the air as the Comets beat Comanche. Richardson's favorite target this week was Alan Beck, who caught 2 passes for 47 yards.
Leading A District 4 in both passing and receiving yards, Wilson's McClennahan and Brooks have proven to be a lethal combination. 5-7 quarterback McClennahan has thrown for 138 yards this season, while Brooks has 3 catches for 59 yards. Smith from Velma-Alma leads the league in rushing with 125 yards.
Empire was the team that made the biggest jump in the rankings, moving from seventh to second in the league. Earlier in the week, the Bulldogs triumphed over Snyder 48-12.
