The Johnsonville Flashes lost against the Scott's Branch Eagles back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Johnsonville took a serious blow against the Eagles, falling 71-40. Johnsonville has not had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Jordan Kind was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 25 points and ten rebounds for Scott's Branch. The team also got some help courtesy of Nigel Lawson, who scored 11 points along with three steals.
Johnsonville's defeat dropped their record down to 3-14. As for Scott's Branch, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-10.
Johnsonville will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against the Bears at 7:45 p.m. on February 6th. As for Scott's Branch, they will be playing in front of their home fans against the Rams at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
