It was a good run, but Conway unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-game winning streak on Friday. They fell 28-21 to the Bryant Hornets. The Wampus Cats lost against the Hornets in their previous head to head back in November of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 49-14 score last time.

Conway's loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 6-1 and their overall record down to 8-2. As for Bryant, their record is now 10-0.

As of now, neither Conway nor the Hornets have any future games scheduled.
