The Glenwood Gators and the Lee-Scott Academy Warriors squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but sadly the Glenwood Gators had to settle for second. They fell 24-14 to the Warriors. It was the first time this season that Glenwood let down their fans at home.
When it comes to explaining why Glenwood lost, one person who can't be blamed is Levi Pinder. Despite the final result, he threw for 147 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 passes.
Jake White continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Lee-Scott Academy, picking up 90 receiving yards and a touchdown, while also punching in a touchdown on the ground.
Glenwood's loss dropped their record down to 10-2. As for Lee-Scott Academy, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 11-1.
Glenwood does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Lee-Scott Academy also has no future games currently scheduled.
