St. Joseph extended the longest winning streak in Pac-7 this week by beating Righetti, 22-10. The victory was the fourth in a row for the Knights.
St. Joseph moved up to 104 from 133 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. Dustin Davis's team was able to make the jump by beating the Warriors 22-10.
Garrett Giovannelli and Nate Greenelsh gave San Luis Obispo a balanced attack through the air and ground last week. Giovannelli threw for 105 yards and three touchdowns, while Greenelsh ran for 114 yards. Teammate Sawyer Scott added to the ground attack by rushing for 94 yards.
Brennan Rivera was the best wideout in the league this week as Arroyo Grande defeated Atascadero. Rivera tallied six receptions for 111 yards. Tyler Auerbach helped Arroyo Grande's passing attack out by catching two balls for 55 yards.
Matt Willkomm provided a threat through the air and on the ground as the Eagles defeated the Greyhounds. He completed 14 passes for 210 yards and one touchdown and also ran for 74 yards.
Righetti's Troy Prober and Luke Wilson have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading Pac-7 in both passing and receiving yards. Prober has thrown for 1047 yards this season, while Wilson, a 5-foot-11 receiver, has 34 catches for 500 yards. Atascadero's Jonathan Torres leads the league in rushing yards with 521.
The top two teams in the league will face off this week when first place St. Joseph takes on second place Arroyo Grande. Last week, the Knights topped Gary Wilson's team, while Arroyo Grande bested Vic Cooper's team.

The Tigers took down Paso Robles 38-16 last week, the largest margin of any game. Giovannelli ran for 69 yards in the win.
