Columbia Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 79-74 heartbreaker at the hands of the Lincoln County Falcons. One positive for the Lions, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Columbia Central's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Lincoln County, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-9.

Columbia Central is facing Coffee County Central at the right time seeing as Coffee County Central is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Lincoln County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Spring Hill at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
