The Heritage Academy Warrior's's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They fell 56-45 to Clinton Christian Academy.
Clinton Christian Academy was led to victory by Parker Lowe and Jared Wisniewski. Lowe scored 12 points, while Wisniewski scored 18 points along with 5 rebounds and 4 steals. That makes it six consecutive games in which Wisniewski has scored at least 25% of Clinton Christian Academy's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Matthew Hansen, who scored 8 points.
Heritage Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Clinton Christian Academy, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-5.
Heritage Academy will be home for the holidays to greet Crosspoint Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Clinton Christian Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against Heartland at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Heartland knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past four contests -- so hopefully Clinton Christian Academy likes a good challenge.
