Beth Haven is 1-7 against Pleasure Ridge Park since January of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Beth Haven Bearcats will head out on the road to face off against the Pleasure Ridge Park Panthers at 7:30 p.m. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Kentucky (Beth Haven is ranked 115th, while Pleasure Ridge Park is ranked 103rd).
Last Tuesday, Beth Haven didn't have too much trouble with Fort Knox on the road as they won 69-52.
Beth Haven's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from DaMontez Malone, who scored 12 points along with 8 rebounds and 5 assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Bodin Radulovic, who scored 12 points.
Meanwhile, Pleasure Ridge Park pushed their score all the way to 67 on Tuesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They were the victim of a tough 88-67 loss at the hands of DuPont Manual.
The losses dropped Beth Haven to 3-1 and Fort Knox to 0-3.
Beth Haven was taken down by Pleasure Ridge Park 78-40 when the teams last played back in February. Can Beth Haven avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
