In what's become a running theme this season, the Owyhee Braves gave their fans yet another huge win on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Carlin 41-11 at home. The victory was just what Owyhee needed coming off of a 62-40 loss in their prior game.
Owyhee has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season. As for Carlin, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-17.
Owyhee will be playing in front of their home fans against McDermitt at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. McDermitt will roll in looking for their 12th straight victory, something Owyhee surely won't give up without a fight. As for Carlin, they will head out on the road to square off against Wells at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Carlin comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 23 points in their last seven games, a trend the team is of course eager to reverse.
