The Bryant Hurricanes won the last time they faced the Mary G. Montgomery Vikings, and things went their way on Monday too. Bryant managed a 50-45 win over Mary G. Montgomery.
Bryant found their leader in underclassman Madi-Marie Grayson, who almost dropped a double-double on 26 points and nine rebounds. That makes it five consecutive games in which Grayson has scored at least a third of Bryant's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Mari-Margret Grayson, who scored four points along with six assists and four steals.
Bryant is on a roll lately: they've won 16 of their last 20 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 19-9 record this season. As for Mary G. Montgomery, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-14.
Bryant will be staying on the road on Wednesday to face off against Davidson at 6:00 p.m. on February 7th. Davidson will roll in looking for their 11th straight win, something Bryant surely won't give up without a fight. Mary G. Montgomery does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
