The Concord Raiders scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 71-68 win over Glasgow. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory Concord has posted yet this season.
Despite the loss, Glasgow had strong showings from Jahsir Robertson, who scored 24 points, and Christopher Saunders, who scored 16 points. Karon Jones was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Concord's win bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Glasgow, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-4 record this season.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Concord will take on Mount Pleasant at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday. As for Glasgow, they will be playing at home against Newark at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Newark has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
