Westwood will look to defend their home turf on Friday against A-H-S-T at 7:00 PM. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
Westwood took the game and then some with a 55-8 victory last Friday. The margin was wide but not a surprise since they are ranked far ahead of Riverside in the MaxPreps state rankings.
Meanwhile, A-H-S-T were fully in charge, breezing past Shenandoah 45-0.
Their wins lifted both teams to an identical 2-0. Given their high-scoring efforts against their previous opponents, it will be interesting to see how far up they can run the score.
