The Kingston Tigers''s recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their eighth straight loss. They lost to Pine Bush on the road by a decisive 35-19 margin. Kingston was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Pine Bush apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2022.
Plexico Brooks went supernova for Pine Bush, rushing for 226 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 11.9 yards per carry. Logan Hawley also deserves a shout-out for his two touchdowns.
Kingston's loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their overall record down to 1-8. As for Pine Bush, their victory ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-5.
Kingston does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Pine Bush will head out on the road to face off against Middletown at 7:00 p.m. on November 4th. Middletown will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.
