After flying high against the Lake Balboa College Prep Cougars last Friday, the Panorama Pythons came back down to earth. Panorama was beaten by Kennedy 73-19 on Wednesday. Panorama has struggled against Kennedy recently, as their game on Wednesday was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.
Several Pythons players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Raphael Latorre, who scored 6 points. Alan Rodriguez was another key contributor, scoring 6 points along with 8 rebounds.
Panorama's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Kennedy, their victory bumped their record up to 1-3.
Panorama will be playing at home against Sylmar at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Sylmar focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up eight on Wednesday. As for Kennedy, they will head out on the road to face off against Canoga Park at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Canoga Park is out to stop a three-game streak of losses at home.
