The Fuchs Mizrachi Mayhem pushed their score all the way to 78 on Tuesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They lost to Cornerstone Christian on the road by a decisive 97-78 margin. Despite running the score up even higher than they did last Wednesday (69), Fuchs Mizrachi still had to take the loss.
Quinn Kwasniak went supernova for Cornerstone Christian, shooting 6-for-15 from deep and dropping a double-double on 42 points and 14 rebounds. The contest was Kwasniak's third in a row with at least ten points. Asaiah West was another key contributor, scoring 21 points along with nine rebounds.
Fuchs Mizrachi's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Cornerstone Christian, their win bumped their record up to 1-2.
Fuchs Mizrachi will be home for the holidays to greet Westside Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Westside Christian Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 24 on Saturday. As for Cornerstone Christian, they will head out on the road to face off against Shaw at 6:30 p.m. on December 21st.
