Fans got a thrill when Rob Wilston and Alex Johnson connected against Mercer. The connection was good for 51 yards, the longest such play in District 10 Region 2 A this season.
Johnson of Eisenhower ran for the longest rushing play in the league this season against the Mustangs last week. Johnson ran for 71 yards on the play and finished with 98 on the day as his team lost to Mercer.
Eisenhower's dynamic duo of Wilston and Johnson proved tough for Pat Mcclearn's team to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Wilston threw for 93 yards and Johnson had 66 yards receiving.
