The Dryden Cardinals won against the Kingston Cardinals last Tuesday with 63 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. Dryden came out on top against Kingston by a score of 63-54. The victory was nothing new for Dryden as they're now sitting on five straight.
Kingston lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Austin Deroseau, who scored ten points along with eight rebounds and five blocks. Deroseau has been hot recently, having posted two or more blocks the last three times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Owen Corlis, who scored 17 points along with five rebounds.
Dryden pushed their record up to 15-3 with that win, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.7 points per game. As for Kingston, their loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-7.
Dryden will head out on the road to take on Lakeville at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Dryden is facing Lakeville at the right time seeing as Lakeville is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Kingston, they will be playing at home against Mayville at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Kingston is facing Mayville at the right time seeing as Mayville is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
