Little Rock HomeSchool kicked off their season on the road on Friday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell 51-39 to the Legacy Academy Warriors. The Flames were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Warriors apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2022.
Oaklee Lofton had a dynamite game for Legacy Academy, going 10 for 23 en route to 25 points plus eight rebounds and six assists. Lofton's morning made it nine games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Libbie Bartek, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 11 rebounds.
Legacy Academy pushed their record up to 2-0 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.
Little Rock HomeSchool does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Legacy Academy has already played their next contest, a 48-38 win against Blevins on the 1st.
