After having lost a blowout in their previous game against New Trier, Marmion was happy to have turned things around on Monday. Everything went their way against the De La Salle Meteors as they made off with an 11-3 victory. The Cadets might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matches by eight runs or more this season.
Jack Hughes spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered three earned runs on five hits.
