A 14-point fourth quarter was enough to cement the win for the Shillington school, as it pushed the final margin of victory to 23.
Johnson was the top performer for the Mustangs. The sophomore quarterback kicked five extra points. He has now scored nine touchdowns on the season.
Sterling Young-trapp made a difference for the Knights. The sophomore quarterback ran for one touchdown.
Governor Mifflin came into the game allowing 17.0 points per game.
GM also won the meeting between the two teams last season, 48-13.
Governor Mifflin (5-2) goes up against Pottsville in a Berks Inter-County 1 game matchup next week, while Reading (3-4) locks horns with Daniel Boone also in a Berks Inter-County 1 game.
