Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Thompson). They took down the Central Cass Squirrels 77-60 on Thursday. That's more bragging rights for the Tommies, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Thompson has also been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.7 points per game. As for Central Cass, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-3.

When Thompson and Central Cass next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Thompson will try to stop Devils Lake's three-game winning streak when the meet at 5:45 p.m. on January 24th. Similarly, Central Cass will take on Kindred and their five-game winning streak at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
