North Mac entered their tilt with Pittsfield on Monday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 49-40 victory over the Pittsfield Saukees. This was payback for the Panthers, who suffered a 58-55 defeat the last time these two teams met.

North Mac's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-16. As for Pittsfield, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last eight contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 7-15 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Mac won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Hillsboro at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hillsboro is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 53.8 points per game this season. As for Pittsfield, they and Beardstown will face off at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday without much rest having both just played.
