Given their disadvantage in the MaxPreps state rankings, Hampton-Dumont/Cal should expect quite the challenge on Friday. They will challenge Clear Lake on the road at 7:00 PM. The squad will be hoping to continue their now three-game streak of scoring more points each contest than the last.

Meanwhile, everything went Clear Lake's way against Mason City as they made off with a 49-21 win. The success made it back-to-back wins for Clear Lake.
