La Serna's win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Aubrie Baruch, who threw for 205 yards and three  TDs, and also rushed for 47 yards. 90 of  Baruch's passing yards were hauled in by Katie Serratos, who also brought in a  receiving touchdown.

 La Serna didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as  Lexi Avila,  Alainna Boochie,  and  Aleeah Barrientos picked up one apiece.
La Serna's win bumped their record up to 15-11-1. As for Foothill, their loss  ended  a  three-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 15-11.
 Coming up, La Serna will square off against Sunny Hills at 5:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Sunny Hills' defense has only allowed 10.8  points per game  this season, so La Serna's offense will have their work cut out for them. Foothill does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
