La Grange has enjoyed a two-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will  face off against Manor New Tech at 7:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Both teams come into the  matchup bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
 La Grange put the finishing touches on their 13th blowout victory of the season  on Friday. Everything went their way against Giddings as La Grange made off with a  46-25 win. Given La Grange's advantage  in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings  (they are ranked 604th, while the Buffaloes are ranked 1323rd), the result  wasn't entirely unexpected.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead La Grange to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Nathan Scott, who  scored 15 points along with seven  rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of  Clayton Cooper, who  scored ten points along with five  rebounds and two  steals.
 Caldwell typically has all the answers at home, but  on Tuesday Manor New Tech proved too difficult a challenge. They enjoyed a cozy  71-55 victory over the Hornets. The  victory was familiar territory for Manor New Tech who now have three in a row.
 La Grange's victory was  their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 24-8. As for Manor New Tech, they now  have a winning record of 15-14.
 La Grange beat the  66-58  when the teams last played  back in January. The rematch might be a little tougher for La Grange since the  team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
