On Thursday, Heritage Christian Academy strolled past Stewart County with points to spare, taking the game 63-44. The win made it back-to-back wins for Heritage Christian Academy.
Jason Leek was his usual excellent self, scoring 33 points along with six steals. Another player making a difference was Cash Bolinger, who scored 13 points.
Heritage Christian Academy's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-11. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.3 points per game. As for Stewart County, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-18.
Heritage Christian Academy won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Portland Christian at 6:00 p.m. on February 9th. Hopefully Heritage Christian Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up seven on Thursday. Stewart County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
