Trezevant took down Manassas 48-7 last week, the largest margin of any game. Jordan Spencer threw for 90 yards and 1 touchdown and ran for 30 yards in the win.
Sheffield made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 8,359 from 9,269. The advance stemmed from a 41-6 victory over Frayser last week.
Trezevant's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Bears feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Spencer has thrown for 617 yards and 16 touchdowns this season, while Gabriel Scott has 17 catches for 423 yards.
The Tigers' LaDarrion Seymore needs only 42 yards against Craigmont next week to surpass 1,000 rushing yards for the season. In 125 carries Seymore has put up 958 yards this year.
An important game coming up in AA District 16 this week will be when Manassas takes on the Chiefs. Carl Coleman's team is currently in second, while Craigmont is in third.
The Bears led the league in scoring this week after putting up 48 points on the Tigers. Spencer ran for 30 yards during the win.
