After three games on the road, Kecoughtan is heading back home. They will take on the Hampton Crabbers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Kecoughtan has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 503 points over their last seven matches.
Even though Warwick scored an imposing 62 points on Tuesday, Kecoughtan still came out on top. Kecoughtan snuck past Warwick with a 68-62 victory.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Kecoughtan to victory, but perhaps none more so than Tyler Suber, who scored 26 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Marcel Pace, who scored 18 points.
Meanwhile, even though Oscar Smith scored an imposing 60 points on Saturday, Hampton still came out on top. Hampton secured a 65-60 W over Oscar Smith.
It was another big night for Malik Johnson, who scored 21 points along with two steals. He has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last five times he's played. Another player making a difference was Daron Baugh, who scored 14 points along with five assists.
The win got Kecoughtan back to even at 6-6. As for Hampton, their win bumped their record up to 10-2.
Some high-performance offense is likely on the agenda as the pair are some of the highest scoring teams in the league. Kecoughtan hasn't had any problem running up the score this season, having only averaged 69.7 points per game. It's a different story for Hampton, though, as they've been averaging only 65.1 points per game. With both teams so easily able to put up points, the only question left is who can run the score up higher.
