Basketball Recap: Big Bay De Noc Piles Up the Points Against Mid Peninsula

Big Bay de Noc posted their biggest victory since January 27th on Monday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Mid Peninsula Wolverines 61-34. This was a revenge game for the Black Bears: when they faced off against the Wolverines two weeks ago, they had to take a 47-45 defeat.

Big Bay de Noc's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-13. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.8 points over those games. As for Mid Peninsula, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-17.

Coincidentally, Big Bay de Noc and Mid Peninsula will both be playing North Dickinson the next time they take the court. Mid Peninsula will head out to face North Dickinson at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, while Big Bay de Noc will host them at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
