On Friday, Knob Noster didn't have too much trouble with Versailles at home as they won 56-37. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win Knob Noster has managed all season.
Knob Noster got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Ella Goodrich out in front who scored 18 points along with eight rebounds and four steals. That makes it six consecutive games in which Goodrich has scored at least 25% of Knob Noster's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Laney Pace, who scored 20 points along with five steals.
The win got Knob Noster back to even at 3-3. As for Versailles, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-6.
Knob Noster will head out on the road to face off against Richmond at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Richmond comes in still looking for their first win of the season. As for Versailles, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Iberia at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
