Bloomfield's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Romar Heron, who rushed for 114 yards and one TD on only ten carries, and Cameron White, who rushed for 74 yards and one score. White got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 60 yards.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ansonia will challenge Seymour at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. This will be the Chargers' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Bloomfield, they will face off against Berlin at 6:30 p.m. on the 19th.
