Basketball Recap: Mid-Moore Christian Piles Up the Points Against Cristo Rey

Mid-Moore Christian waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They blew past Cristo Rey 59-29. The Tornados have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 23 points or more this season.

Mid-Moore Christian's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Aaron Carr, who posted ten points and three steals. Another player making a difference was Noah Herhold, who earned seven points along with seven boards and five steals.

Mid-Moore Christian has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-2 record this season. As for Cristo Rey, they are on a 12-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.
