East had to endure a six-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They took down the Vaux Big Picture Cougars 54-38 on Saturday.

East's win bumped their record up to 6-10. As for Vaux Big Picture, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-6.

Looking ahead, East will host Coatesville at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Vaux Big Picture, they are taking a road trip to challenge Thomas A. Edison at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
