McMahon is 0-10 against Trumbull since January of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The McMahon Senators will be playing at home against the Trumbull Eagles at 7:00 p.m. McMahon is out to stop a four-game streak of losses at home dating back to last season.
Last Friday, McMahon lost to Staples on the road by a decisive 67-52 margin. While losing is never fun, McMahon can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Connecticut basketball rankings (they are ranked 117th, while Staples is ranked 11th).
Meanwhile, after a string of seven wins, Trumbull's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They fell to Warde 68-64. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their last game on Thursday (58), Trumbull still had to take the loss.
McMahon has been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season. As for Trumbull, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 7-1.
