The Griswold Wolverines will play host again and welcome the Killingly Redmen, where tip off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: both teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.
Last Monday, everything went Griswold's way against Bacon Academy as Griswold made off with a 80-60 victory.
Meanwhile, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Killingly beat Lyman Memorial 64-60 on Tuesday.
Griswold's victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-6. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.7 points per game. As for Killingly, their win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-9.
Griswold beat Killingly 51-42 when the teams last played back in January. Will Griswold repeat their success, or does Killingly have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
